What is the difference between 3-month, 6-month and the 1-year Program?

The 1-year program includes:

  • Six one-on-one 45-minute private sessions with Kass Thomas (worth 2.700€)
  • A 2-day workshop of your choice (worth from 700€ – 1400€)
  • An extra monthly 90-minute meet-up with Kass and guests
  • A private group for support
Are the zoom meetings recorded?

Yes, all zooms are recorded and made available to participants within 2 days.

How much time will it take me to attend the program?

The monthly meet-ups will take place 2 or 3 times per month, depending on the program you choose. Each meet-up will last for 90 minutes. (Total 3 – 4.5 hours/month)
In addition,

  • There are weekly challenges, and inspirational journeys with coaches and teachers from around the world on different topics, which are included and highly suggested.
  • The homeplay is an invitation for you to explore the Step In, Step Up and Step Out phases each month and will be a way to engage with your goals and develop your approach to the topic.

In addition to that – interviews and guest sessions on different topics will be available, it is your choice… always.
